Coaching is a way to look at your goals and challenges, break them into actionable steps, and work together to help you tackle them over time. It’s a collaborative partnership, driven by your needs and desires. I’m not here to tell you what to do! I’m here to help you figure out where you want to go and how to get there.

First, we have a (free) consultation call to figure out what kind of guidance you’re looking for and how coaching can help. Then, in our first session, we talk about the challenges you want help overcoming or the goals you want to meet. After that, we make a plan, and then meet regularly to check in about your progress, brainstorm, troubleshoot, and make adjustments.
